This sauce pairs well with the Lemon-Scented Miso-Walnut Meatballs, Miso Fried Chicken, or anything else that needs a sweet, hot kick. You can also use it as a base for salad dressing.
Makes about 1/2 cup
2 tbsp. white miso
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. apple cider
1 tbsp. Korean gochujang or red chili powder
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
